Yes. We are a design-build remodeler, which means one team takes your project from the first sketch through the final walkthrough. You have a single point of accountability, with no juggling a separate designer, contractor, and subcontractors.
How long will my remodel take?
It depends on scope and selections, and we give you a clear schedule during design. As a general guide, most kitchen remodels run about 4 to 6 weeks of construction and bathrooms about 3 to 4 weeks, once materials are in and permits are approved.
Will I see a 3D rendering before work begins?
Yes. Our designers turn your goals into a layout and a 3D rendering, so you can walk through your new space and adjust the details before any demolition starts.
How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost?
Every project is priced to your scope, layout, and finishes, so there is no single number. After your free consultation we provide a clear, itemized estimate, and we work within the budget you set.
